Service Overview:

R&B Labs provides professional specimen collection services, including phlebotomy and specimen handling. We do not perform any testing; all tests are conducted by the reference laboratory.

Booking Appointments:

Appointments can be made via the following methods:

We will contact you within 4 hours of your online request, email, or fax to confirm and schedule your appointment.

 

Appointment Hours:

We offer flexible hours customized to meet your needs, depending on the service required. Please note we are closed on weekends. Contact us directly to discuss hours and scheduling.

 

Pricing:

Our prices start at $65, depending on the type of service, location, and any special requirements. A customized quote will be provided for each appointment after reviewing the details.

 

Required Documents:

For us to schedule an appointment, all required documents (such as physician orders or prescriptions) must be emailed or faxed to us prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

We appreciate a 24-hour notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, we reserve the right to charge for the service.

 

Appointment Scheduling and Callbacks:

Appointments will be scheduled based on the availability of our services and subject to confirmation. Same-day appointments are not available for new patients.
