I collect samples exactly as listed on your lab order and cannot make any changes. If you need to add, remove, or split tests across multiple visits, you must discuss this with the ordering physician and make those adjustments to the lab order as necessary. Our role is strictly to collect and send the samples according to the instructions provided.
We have experience with specialty kit collections such as Vibrant America, Igenex, Access Medical, Roselind Franklin, ZRT, Boston Heart, and more.
We collect the samples according to kit instructions which includes, centrifuge (if required), aliquoting samples if needed, freezing samples before shipment (if required), and shipping samples on ice (if required).
PLEASE NOTE: Patients are responsible for ensuring all collection instructions are available for the phlebotomists' review upon arrival of appointment. If ice packs are provided with your kit, you must ensure they are frozen solid prior to the appointment.
SAME DAY SHIPPING NOTE: Some specialty kits require collection on specific days, and many cannot be collected on weekends. It is the patient's responsibility to read all instructions thoroughly and ensure they can comply with the kit requirements before scheduling an appointment. We follow the instructions provided, but cannot adjust the collection schedule for the kit.
All services require a valid lab order from your physician-no exceptions. I cannot provide testing or collections for self-directed care without a physician's order. Please obtain an order from your healthcare provider before scheduling an appointment.

Yes. All our phlebotomists are fully certified and professionally trained. We follow strict safety and handling protocols to ensure every collection is accurate, safe, and secure.
On the day of the appointment, a phlebotomist will arrive within the scheduled timeframe, collect your samples, and process payment. Please be prepared at the agreed-upon time and follow the lab instructions, such as fasting, if required. The visit can last up to 15 min or less. We provide the patience needed to maintain patient comfort throughout the entire visit.
Once we receive your request, we will reach out for further instructions. We will request your lab order and any other documents needed for the appointment. Having all lab orders and insurance information (if required) ready and available can help make scheduling a smoother process. Once reviewed, a quote for the service will be provided. If you would like to proceed with the appointment, we will finalize a date and time frame of arrival. Scheduling is based on availability; therefore, you will be required to select multiple preferred dates and time windows. This will help eliminate unnecessary back and forth when finalizing an appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We do understand that things can unexpectedly arise, and ask if 24 hours' notice is not possible, please provide at least 2 hours' notice of cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent the day before your appointment to confirm. If you need to cancel or reschedule, this would be the best opportunity to do so.
If we arrive at the location provided and no one is available, we will make an attempt to contact you via email or phone. The phlebotomist will wait 10 minutes, and if no one is available, we will leave and be unable to come back. No-shows may be unable to schedule future appointments.
