What's Included

  • Blood tests (such as lipid profile, glucose, and more)

  • Blood pressure check 

  • Height, weight, and BMI 

  • Additional tests may be included based on the screening program 

Before Your Appointment

  • Screening form or physician's order required 

  • Fast for 8-12 hours if instructed by your physician 

Important Information

  • Results are provided by your physician or the screening program

  • We follow all required protocols to ensure accurate and confidential screenings

  • Please inform us of any special requirements

We do NOT accept insurance for mobile draws.
